Victoria has practiced law since 1999, working in Blenheim, London and Nelson. She founded Hall Law in 2016, having previously been a partner at another Nelson law firm, and joined Stallard Law following the merger of the two firms.
Victoria has extensive experience across property, commercial and private client law, including property and business transactions, company and partnership law, family trusts, asset structuring and estates.
Victoria now focuses her practice on trusts, estate planning and asset structuring. She has a particular interest in family trusts and advises clients on the establishment, review and ongoing administration of trusts, together with their wider estate planning and ownership arrangements.
Her broad commercial and property background enables Victoria to bring a practical and commercially focused perspective to this work, particularly where clients have business, property or other complex assets.
Outside of work, Victoria enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, and attempting to improve her golf.
