I joined Stallard Law in May 2021. After a number of years working (remotely) inhouse at one of New Zealand’s largest insurers managing legal, regulatory and compliance, I am delighted to be working in Nelson again, and am excited about the growth and innovation in our region.
I specialise in corporate and commercial law, and have previously practiced in large New Zealand and international law firms. My experience includes advising on financing, structuring, business sale and purchase transactions, financial services, governance and securities law, as well as general commercial matters. I can also assist with demystifying regulatory and compliance requirements.
My time spent inhouse has given me a deep understanding of the challenges and complexities of the commercial world, and as a result I am deeply focussed on providing clients with timely, pragmatic and commercial advice.
