I have been a director at Stallard Law since January 2019. Prior to that I was a partner for over 10 years at a large national firm and I have also worked overseas. I have over 25 years’ experience as a general commercial lawyer.
I advise clients ranging from start-ups to established businesses on various matters relating to business establishment, operations, and transactions. I also advise business owners on ownership structures, asset protection, and estate planning. I have worked with clients in a range of industries including manufacturing, fishing, aquaculture, construction, food and beverage, technology, and property development.
