Delwyn embarked on her legal journey in 1989 as a PA at a general practice law firm in Highland Park, Auckland. Her passion for property law and dedication to building lasting relationships with clients quickly led her to pursue a qualification as a Legal Executive, transitioning into the role in 1995.  With 36 years of experience, Delwyn excels in guiding clients through their real estate ventures, whether it’s their first home, an investment property or Occupation Right Agreement. She is also well-versed in offering practical legal guidance on Conveyancing, Family Trusts, Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and commercial matters.

When she’s not at work, Delwyn enjoys photography and taking long beach walks, particularly relishing moments spent watching dogs play at Tahananui Beach … usually with a photo or three.
